Payments and Charges
We accept Bank Transfer as payment. From time to time, regardless of our efforts to maintain accurate and correct pricing on the website, there may be an error (s). If there is an error, you will be notified by email before the product is sent to you. The total amount of your payment is the same regardless of the payment method. The shipping cost is determined by your order in your total cost and location. We accept orders by e-mail, customer service, and in store for all product. When an order is placed on orbis-store.com, you will receive an email confirming the order and the billing details of the order once payment is confirmed. All order paid by bank transfer, should be confirmed by you in our Confirm Order section. The orders are considered done will be when the funds have been received and the product(s) have been dispatched to you. In some cases when items of heavy weight or irregular size are ordered, additional shipping charges may apply. In these cases, customers will be notified via email and asked to pay additional shipping and handling charges.
Extra charges will be the responsibility of the customers. The merchandise will be ready for shipment within 1 to 2 working days after the order is placed. Upon dispatch, you will receive the package within 1 to 3 working days for local shipment, depending on the chosen shipping method and the destination, unless it was agreed otherwise. We will provide a tracking number with the information of which logistic we use to ship your product no later than 48 hours after we have shipped your order. The items purchased from our Site are shipped by a third party carrier to a shipment contract, as a result, risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier are no longer our responsibility.
Lost or Damaged Items
You understand and agree that Orbis shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages done by any of the services we provide. All items are purchased at your own risk. Any damage caused from shipping is to be taken up by you with the shipping company. Orbis will provide you with the tracking number and contact information for the shipping company as needed. Once this information is provided to you, it is your responsibility as the customer to contact and deal with the shipping company. All Indonesian orders shipped by SiCepat Ekspres depending on your location, you can request a different company if you need. We do not assume any responsibility for lost packages for all orders.
Exchange & Return Policy
In the event that an order needs to be returned for any reason, you will need to inform us on the reason of return and we will return your order with a store credit. On the event a product needs to be exchanged, the customer will have a maximum of 3 (three) days from the arrival of the order to send it back to us. All products sent back to be exchanged needs to be in the condition it was sent. All shipping charges that may apply during the return/exchange of product to us will not be compensated by us. Return to Sender (RTS) Packages
Package In the event that an order is returned to us marked as ‘RTS’ (return to sender) the customer will be contacted immediately and a postage fee will be applied for the cost of re-shipping. If at the time the customer decides they no longer want to proceed with the order the option for store credit or exchange will be offered. If the customer cannot be reached and there is no reply the order will automatically be cancelled and refunded less the original shipping cost and any duties incurred by Orbis while accepting the RTS package. Orbis is not responsible for ‘unclaimed’, ‘refused’, or lost packages shipped to the stated address given for the order.
